Job Summary
Leading the onboarding journey for high-value clients, the remote Onboarding Consultant III will manage complex menu implementations, ensuring successful project delivery while refining processes for scalability and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the customer onboarding journey by developing scalable onboarding plans and enhancing the overall implementation experience
- Demonstrate autonomy and ownership in managing a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring successful outcomes for customers and cross-functional partners
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance onboarding efficiency and quality, while applying disciplined project management practices
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise onboarding, implementation, or program management, preferably in SaaS or hospitality tech
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-location implementations with a focus on customer success
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
- Experience with project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, capable of anticipating risks and driving proactive improvements
