Onboarding Consultant

Job Summary

Guiding restaurant owners through the onboarding process, the full-time remote Onboarding Consultant will manage multiple client accounts, leverage product knowledge to create tailored onboarding plans, and ensure successful implementation of Toast Payroll while achieving monthly activation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant owners to develop and execute onboarding plans for Toast Payroll, enhancing operational efficiency
• Guide customers through initial setup and provide training on leveraging the Toast product according to their business needs
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure a smooth transition to Toast Payroll and provide ongoing support post-implementation

Required qualifications

• Bilingual/Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written
• 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations
• Proven ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding performance goals
• Strong communication, organizational, and influencing skills
