Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Consultant I - Payroll Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase to create onboarding plans and ensure a high-quality implementation experience
Configure the Payroll system to meet the unique setup needs of each customer and maximize the benefits of their Toast purchase
Manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously and provide remote support during the Go-Live process

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a role focused on customer satisfaction and business operations
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
Experience with Payroll/Payroll Service Provider is a plus
Experience with Salesforce CRM and working in the tech industry or for a SAAS company is preferred
Training, teaching, or development experience is desirable
