Onboarding Consultant - Mandarin

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Consultant I, xtraChef - Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage restaurant operations knowledge to partner with owners for product implementation
• Create and lead customer implementation plans from kickoff to activation, ensuring milestone achievement
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements and provide post-activation guidance and follow-up training

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual/Fluent in Mandarin & English, both written and verbal
• 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations management
• Experience with COGS and inventory analysis in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industries
• Proven ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities
• Track record of success in meeting goals and providing high-quality customer interactions
