Onboarding Contract Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employment Contract Onboarding Specialist to support HR and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and compensation change letters
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires and ensure first-day readiness
• Maintain employee records in compliance with labor laws and support audits and internal HR reporting

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in HR, compensation, contract administration, or onboarding
• Mortgage-specific compensation experience
• Strong knowledge of compensation structures and multi-state employment regulations
• Experience drafting employment contracts and offer letters
• Proficiency in an HRIS system and Microsoft Office, including Outlook
