Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and strategic Controller for a fully remote, full-time position focused on client onboarding, where the Onboarding Controller will manage client relationships during the Tenacity phase, lead intensive onboarding processes, and teach clients accounting best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Own client relationships during the Tenacity phase, leading onboarding and financial foundation building
• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and establish necessary accounting processes
• Continuously improve the onboarding process to enhance client satisfaction and streamline timelines

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in public accounting or multi-client environments
• Experience with Nonprofit Organizations or Professional Services firms
• Proven success in client onboarding and implementation projects
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience
• Technical proficiency with QuickBooks and ability to learn various accounting software platforms
