Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics, communications, and scheduling for new hire onboarding
  • Draft and send templated communications to new hires and managers
  • Maintain and update onboarding resources and support weekly onboarding sessions
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in onboarding coordination, HR operations, or program coordination
  • Proficient with calendar management, Slack, Notion, Zoom, and related tools
  • Experience supporting cross-functional or global teams is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage time zone complexities
