Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics, communications, and scheduling for new hire onboarding
- Draft and send templated communications to new hires and managers
- Maintain and update onboarding resources and support weekly onboarding sessions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in onboarding coordination, HR operations, or program coordination
- Proficient with calendar management, Slack, Notion, Zoom, and related tools
- Experience supporting cross-functional or global teams is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to manage time zone complexities
