Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Coordinator (Contract) to support the People Onboarding team during periods of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the new hire inbox by responding to inquiries and maintaining communication
- Guide new hires through onboarding steps, tracking task completion and sending reminders
- Support attendance and orientation by documenting attendance and following up with no-shows
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative, coordination, or operations experience
- Experience in HR, onboarding, or people operations preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple work streams
- Proficiency with Google Workspace; experience with Notion or LMS platforms is a plus
- Exceptional follow-through and ability to hold people accountable
