Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Coordinator (Contract) to support the People Onboarding team during periods of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the new hire inbox by responding to inquiries and maintaining communication
  • Guide new hires through onboarding steps, tracking task completion and sending reminders
  • Support attendance and orientation by documenting attendance and following up with no-shows
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative, coordination, or operations experience
  • Experience in HR, onboarding, or people operations preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple work streams
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace; experience with Notion or LMS platforms is a plus
  • Exceptional follow-through and ability to hold people accountable
