Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to join their Shared Services Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, guiding them through the onboarding process
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure efficient candidate flow and compliance with hiring processes
- Handle daily organizational and administrative tasks to support departmental operations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in onboarding, human resources, or recruiting preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including basic formulas and functions
- Previous data entry experience strongly preferred
