Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to join their Shared Services Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, guiding them through the onboarding process
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure efficient candidate flow and compliance with hiring processes
  • Handle daily organizational and administrative tasks to support departmental operations
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in onboarding, human resources, or recruiting preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including basic formulas and functions
  • Previous data entry experience strongly preferred
