Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding and Information Assurance Coordinator, responsible for supporting the enrollment of new customers and ensuring data alignment across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate projects related to customer onboarding into the data ecosystem
• Analyze data to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement
• Document processes to maintain a clean and aligned Customer Relationship dataset

Required Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis and interpretation
• Ability to formulate and oversee plans for system and process improvements
• Experience in maintaining customer data alignment across integrated systems
• Proven ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Experience in creating reports and updating dashboards for organizational needs
