Job Summary

Delivering a high-quality hiring experience, the full-time Onboarding Coordinator will manage all candidate onboarding activities from offer acceptance through the first day of employment while working onsite in Southlake, TX.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, guiding them through the onboarding process
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure efficient candidate flow and compliance with employment laws
  • Handle daily organizational and administrative tasks to support departmental operations
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in onboarding, human resources, or recruiting preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including basic formulas and functions
  • Previous data entry experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
