Job Summary
Supporting the full onboarding process, the full-time remote Onboarding Coordinator will assist candidates with new hire paperwork, manage onboarding documentation, and coordinate required training for new team members dedicated to serving the intellectual and developmentally disabled community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist candidates with completing and verifying new hire paperwork to meet internal, Medicaid, and regulatory standards
- Manage onboarding documentation and maintain electronic records in OnTarget
- Schedule and coordinate required training including AIM, CPR/FA, and Core Competency
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3-5 years of human resources or onboarding experience
- Familiarity with state and federal hiring practices and labor laws
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
