Job Summary
To support patient engagement, the full-time Onboarding Coordinator will manage scheduling and tracking of assessments for prospective patients, handle inbound calls, and create a positive first impression of the service while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule assessments with Onboarding Specialists and handle inbound calls from patients and referral sources
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and monitor daily assessment goals
- Maintain communication with referral sources and internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience, with preferred call center or scheduling experience
- Knowledge of sales processes and healthcare products
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce or similar software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
