Job Summary
Supporting the full onboarding process, the full-time remote Onboarding Coordinator will manage new hire paperwork, coordinate training, and ensure compliance with hiring practices while integrating new team members into the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist candidates with completing and verifying new hire paperwork to meet internal, Medicaid, and regulatory standards
- Manage onboarding documentation and maintain electronic records in OnTarget
- Track and update candidate pipelines using applicant and hiring systems
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3-5 years of human resources or onboarding experience
- Familiarity with state and federal hiring practices and labor laws
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
