Job Summary
Supporting the hiring process, the full-time remote Onboarding Coordinator will manage pre-boarding activities, ensure accurate data entry of candidate records, and facilitate a positive candidate experience through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates the pre-boarding process and ensures timely completion of hiring activities
- Administers candidate tracking systems and maintains accurate records of candidate statuses
- Monitors onboarding metrics and implements improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree in Human Resources preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on pre-boarding and pre-employment labor regulations
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS
- PHR certification is a plus
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
