Job Summary
Guiding onboarding processes and ensuring exceptional service delivery, the full-time remote Onboarding Coordinator Lead will conduct performance audits, facilitate team calibrations, and provide coaching to enhance operational excellence and patient referral experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough audits of employee performance and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with teams to enforce quality program guidelines and provide regular updates on quality processes
- Engage with members to deliver outstanding customer service while coaching team members on successful behaviors
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
- Preferred experience in call center operations or team leadership
- Strong analytical skills and experience monitoring customer service quality
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
