Job Summary

Guiding onboarding processes and ensuring exceptional service delivery, the full-time remote Onboarding Coordinator Lead will conduct performance audits, facilitate team calibrations, and provide coaching to enhance operational excellence and patient referral experiences.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough audits of employee performance and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Collaborate with teams to enforce quality program guidelines and provide regular updates on quality processes
  • Engage with members to deliver outstanding customer service while coaching team members on successful behaviors
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Preferred experience in call center operations or team leadership
  • Strong analytical skills and experience monitoring customer service quality
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
