Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding and New Hire Experience Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of live virtual onboarding sessions for various hire types
- Coordinate onboarding communications and maintain documentation related to onboarding schedules and participants
- Assist with adapting onboarding materials and capturing feedback for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, onboarding, program coordination, operations, or employee experience roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfort supporting live virtual sessions and collaborating across teams
