Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding and New Hire Experience Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of live virtual onboarding sessions for various hire types
  • Coordinate onboarding communications and maintain documentation related to onboarding schedules and participants
  • Assist with adapting onboarding materials and capturing feedback for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, onboarding, program coordination, operations, or employee experience roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Comfort supporting live virtual sessions and collaborating across teams
