Job Summary

As the first point of contact for families referred to Hera, the full-time remote Onboarding Guide will manage the onboarding process, converting referrals into active clients by guiding families through documentation, insurance verification, and scheduling while ensuring a seamless transition to their care team.

Key responsibilities

• Convert referrals into active clients by educating families about Hera's services and their care journey
• Guide families through the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary paperwork and scheduling are completed efficiently
• Coordinate communication between families and Hera's care team to facilitate a smooth handoff to their assigned Hero

Required qualifications

• Background in healthcare sales, care coordination, or customer success, particularly with older adults or their families
• Strong phone presence and follow-through, fostering trust with families
• Ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency without compromising quality
• High standards for performance and a commitment to thoroughness
• Tech-savvy and adaptable in fast-paced environments with evolving procedures
