Onboarding Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding & Implementation Specialist (SaaS / PoS).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during the onboarding process
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to Go-live, ensuring a seamless experience
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to promote successful onboarding and adoption of the solution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or three to five years of related experience
• Experience in SaaS, POS, or technology-driven onboarding roles
• Familiarity with the Retail and/or Restaurant industries
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Background in customer service, operations, or logistics
