Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Lead to manage the onboarding experience for new partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding process for new properties from deal closure to post-launch
• Serve as the main point of contact for partners and stakeholders, managing communications and expectations
• Measure and improve the onboarding experience by gathering feedback and implementing process enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in partner success, implementation, project management, or operations
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record in cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to think critically and solve problems proactively
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech-enabled services environment
• A genuine desire to create great experiences for partners and internal teams
