• Develop and deliver tailored training programs and onboarding plans for end users
• Monitor user engagement and adoption trends, providing support as needed

• Proven experience in leading organizational change and onboarding initiatives for enterprise software
• Expertise in training program development and instructional design
• Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible content for non-technical audiences
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system documentation
• Proficiency with reporting, dashboards, and data visualization tools
