Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Manager (B2SMB).
Key Responsibilities
- Own team-level NRR/GRR, activation, time-to-value, and product adoption
- Maintain, refine, and document onboarding and success playbooks
- Align with Sales and Product teams for effective handoffs and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in Onboarding within B2B SaaS, with 1-2 years leading teams
- 3+ years in restaurant tech/operations
- Proven ability to improve onboarding speed
- Experience with workflows, tickets, handoffs, and process mapping
- Leadership style focused on clarity, consistency, and positive problem-solving
