Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring technical accuracy and timely launches
  • Coordinate with internal teams to complete data integrations and account configurations
  • Conduct training sessions and document account setups for a smooth handoff to the Customer Success team
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, technical account management, or project coordination
  • Experience with SaaS or data integration preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, project management tools, and G-Suite
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
