Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Manager to guide clients through the onboarding and implementation process of their platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire onboarding and implementation lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and platform adoption
  • Serve as the primary contact for new clients, collaborating with the Customer Success Manager
  • Facilitate client training sessions and provide resources for user support
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT at a college or university
  • Strong project management experience with complex software implementations
  • Experience managing technical integrations and configurations during onboarding
  • Technical aptitude with familiarity in SaaS products and technologies
  • Experience in building and delivering client training and education
