Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Onboarding Manager to oversee the onboarding experience for their Go-To-Market organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for Sales and Client Experience roles
  • Utilize technology to deliver engaging virtual onboarding sessions and create structured learning paths
  • Automate onboarding processes and measure performance to improve outcomes continuously
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role or supporting customer-facing organizations
  • 2+ years of experience in onboarding or enablement programs, preferably in a virtual environment
  • Proven ability to facilitate live sessions and coach skills effectively
  • Strong program management skills, including planning and stakeholder alignment
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation to enhance onboarding processes
