Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for Sales and Client Experience roles
- Utilize technology to deliver engaging virtual onboarding sessions and create structured learning paths
- Automate onboarding processes and measure performance to improve outcomes continuously
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing role or supporting customer-facing organizations
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding or enablement programs, preferably in a virtual environment
- Proven ability to facilitate live sessions and coach skills effectively
- Strong program management skills, including planning and stakeholder alignment
- Experience leveraging AI and automation to enhance onboarding processes
