Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Onboarding to lead the onboarding process for clients in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Onboarding ICs managing the client journey from kickoff through launch
- Monitor key performance metrics and take proactive actions to improve client onboarding experiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a client-facing operations, onboarding, or implementation role
- 1+ years managing and leading a team in a metrics-driven environment
- Proven track record of achieving team targets and improving performance
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth company
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools
