Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Onboarding to enhance the customer journey during the onboarding phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit and overhaul the current onboarding playbook for efficiency and scalability
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Onboarding Specialists to improve performance
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer transitions and long-term satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a leadership or management role within Onboarding, Implementation, or Customer Success
  • Experience in process optimization and reducing onboarding friction
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
  • Experience leading teams through change in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of Customer Success principles and their impact on client lifetime value
