Job Summary
Serving as the central point of contact, the full-time Onboarding Manager will manage client onboarding processes, ensuring clear communication and alignment among stakeholders to deliver a seamless client experience in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for new client relationships, guiding them through the onboarding process and setting clear expectations
- Lead weekly onboarding calls with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
- Develop and maintain detailed onboarding plans, tracking tasks and milestones to ensure timely completion
Required qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred
- 3-4 years of proven experience in client onboarding, project management, or account management roles
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM platforms is a plus
