Job Summary
Managing the onboarding of members into credit and verification programs, the full-time Onboarding Manager will coordinate training sessions, serve as the primary contact for credit technology, and ensure alignment with customer operational requirements in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage onboarding processes for credit and verification programs, ensuring a seamless transition for members
- Serve as the primary point of contact for credit technology, coordinating communications and updates with stakeholders
- Monitor service level agreements and analyze customer feedback to enhance the overall customer experience
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with loan origination processes
- Proficiency with MeridianLink Credit and related verification interfaces
- Proven client-facing experience with the ability to engage professionally with clients
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
- Capacity to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
