Job Summary
Leading a team of 8-12 Onboarding Consultants, the full-time remote Onboarding Manager will oversee the onboarding process for vacation rental owners, focusing on coaching, pipeline management, and team performance to ensure properties are guest-ready and owners are fully prepared for success.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Onboarding Consultants to ensure effective onboarding and high owner satisfaction
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide coaching to meet or exceed activation and conversion targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine onboarding processes and enhance the overall owner experience
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality, consultative sales, or a customer-facing role
- 2+ years of people management experience, preferably in a sales or onboarding context
- Proven ability to coach team members on sales techniques and pipeline management
- Strong analytical skills to leverage data for performance improvement
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment
