Job Summary
Managing customer onboarding projects end-to-end, the full-time remote Onboarding Manager will guide financial institutions in adopting an AI-powered communication platform by configuring solutions, implementing integrations, and delivering training.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding new customers and support the configuration and testing of SaaS instances
- Create and deliver customer training resources, enhancing the onboarding experience for credit unions and community banks
- Advocate for customer needs during implementation and help identify product or process improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in implementing or delivering software solutions
- High degree of technical aptitude and comfort with managing customer timelines
- Strong customer empathy and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn about SaaS, AI, and the financial technology landscape
