Job Summary
Managing the onboarding of members into credit and verification programs, the full-time Onboarding Manager will coordinate training sessions, establish accounts, and serve as the primary point of contact for credit technology while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate training sessions and resources for seamless member onboarding into credit and verification programs
- Serve as the main contact for credit technology, distributing communications and updates to customers
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and collaborate with the customer service team to address performance issues
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with loan origination processes
- Proficiency with MeridianLink Credit and credit verification interfaces
- Proven client-facing experience with the ability to engage professionally with clients
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Ability to operate effectively in agile business environments and adapt to evolving processes
