Onboarding Manager

Job Summary

Managing the onboarding and data migration for financial services clients, the remote Onboarding Manager will plan and execute the onboarding process, configure system resources, and coordinate with teams and vendors to ensure successful client account setups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the onboarding process, including gathering necessary data and creating project timelines
• Build databases and establish banking relationships, ensuring payment processing agreements are in place
• Monitor performance metrics and create reports to identify insights and improvements for future initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in SaaS implementations
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus but not required
• Experience in project management, accounting knowledge, and/or data migration is a plus
