Onboarding Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the customer experience, the full-time remote Onboarding Manager will oversee the onboarding process for dental practices, ensuring successful implementation of Archy software through training, support, and collaboration with the Sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Understand business goals of dental practices to ensure long-term success with Archy software
• Conduct live virtual training sessions and provide guidance on account setup and integration of new systems
• Collaborate with the Sales team to meet onboarding timelines and address any technical issues that arise

Required qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably dental
• Experience in the SaaS industry, particularly healthcare or dental SaaS
• Ability to engage with high-level practice owners and understand dental practice operations
• Proven track record of guiding customers through technical onboarding processes
• Basic technical background for troubleshooting initial concerns related to software and hardware
