Job Summary

Guiding customers through the onboarding journey, the full-time remote Onboarding Manager will oversee the implementation process from contract signature to go-live, ensuring a smooth transition and timely value realization while coordinating with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the primary owner of the onboarding and implementation process, leading customers from post-sale handoff through successful go-live
  • Guide customers through onboarding activities, identifying and removing blockers to achieve production readiness and agreed milestones
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery by partnering with Implementation Managers, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition and effective communication
Required qualifications
  • Experience leading customer onboarding, implementation, project management, or customer success programs in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customer onboardings simultaneously
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
