Job Summary
Guiding customers through the onboarding journey, the full-time remote Onboarding Manager will oversee the implementation process from contract signature to go-live, ensuring a smooth transition and timely value realization while coordinating with various internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary owner of the onboarding and implementation process, leading customers from post-sale handoff through successful go-live
- Guide customers through onboarding activities, identifying and removing blockers to achieve production readiness and agreed milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery by partnering with Implementation Managers, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition and effective communication
Required qualifications
- Experience leading customer onboarding, implementation, project management, or customer success programs in a SaaS or technology environment
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer onboardings simultaneously
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
