Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Operations Coordinator (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries from new hires and managers
  • Coordinate logistics for onboarding experiences and manage weekly compliance training audits
  • Track recurring issues and collaborate with IT and HR Ops to resolve operational exceptions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency with the Google Suite of products, especially Google Sheets
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with Workday and Smartsheet is a plus
