Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Operations Coordinator (Contractor).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries from new hires and managers
- Coordinate logistics for onboarding experiences and manage weekly compliance training audits
- Track recurring issues and collaborate with IT and HR Ops to resolve operational exceptions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with the Google Suite of products, especially Google Sheets
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
- Experience with Workday and Smartsheet is a plus
