Onboarding Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day execution of provider enrollment and credentialing tasks, the contract Onboarding Payer Operations Coordinator will work remotely to ensure accurate data management and compliance with payer requirements while collaborating with team members in a dynamic healthcare operations environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute provider enrollment, credentialing, and licensing tasks under the guidance of Specialists and Team Leads
• Maintain and update provider data across credentialing databases and internal systems to uphold data integrity standards
• Review and process enrollment applications and supporting documentation while identifying and escalating issues as needed

Required qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in provider credentialing, healthcare administration, or related operations; recent graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and document management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Ability to follow established workflows and learn new systems quickly
• Genuine enthusiasm for Allara's mission and a desire to grow within the healthcare operations field
