Job Summary
Owning the customer onboarding and implementation process, the full-time Onboarding Operations Specialist will manage the network inventory onboarding for a SaaS product, ensuring a seamless customer experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and project manage the network inventory onboarding process
- Lead biweekly calls with customers and manage customer communications
- Design, implement, and improve scalable workflows and processes, including tooling, automation, and AI agents
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in startup operations, tech, or consulting
- Demonstrated excellent project management skills with a focus on process improvement
- High degree of comfort with Excel, including managing and manipulating large data sets
- Demonstrated high emotional intelligence for effective customer interaction and team management
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills
