Job Summary

Owning the customer onboarding and implementation process, the full-time Onboarding Operations Specialist will manage the network inventory onboarding for a SaaS product, ensuring a seamless customer experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and project manage the network inventory onboarding process
  • Lead biweekly calls with customers and manage customer communications
  • Design, implement, and improve scalable workflows and processes, including tooling, automation, and AI agents
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of experience in startup operations, tech, or consulting
  • Demonstrated excellent project management skills with a focus on process improvement
  • High degree of comfort with Excel, including managing and manipulating large data sets
  • Demonstrated high emotional intelligence for effective customer interaction and team management
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills
