Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Program Coordinator to manage the onboarding process for consultants and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of consultant and supplier onboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Conduct quality reviews and audits of onboarding documentation and maintain accurate records
- Serve as a subject matter expert on onboarding processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ year of experience in HR, staffing, or onboarding operations
- Working knowledge of employment compliance requirements at various levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ATS, HRIS, or CRM tools
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and exercising sound judgment
