Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Program Coordinator to manage the onboarding process for consultants and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of consultant and supplier onboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Conduct quality reviews and audits of onboarding documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on onboarding processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ year of experience in HR, staffing, or onboarding operations
  • Working knowledge of employment compliance requirements at various levels
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ATS, HRIS, or CRM tools
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and exercising sound judgment
