Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Program Coordinator to manage the onboarding process for consultants and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of consultant onboarding, including compliance with documentation and client-specific requirements
- Oversee supplier onboarding to ensure all approval and compliance standards are met
- Conduct quality reviews and audits of onboarding documentation, serving as a subject matter expert on processes and systems
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in human resources, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ year of experience in HR, staffing, or onboarding operations
- Working knowledge of employment compliance requirements at various levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ATS, HRIS, and CRM tools
- Experience with E-Verify and background screening vendors is preferred
