Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Program Manager to enhance the employee onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the onboarding experience from offer acceptance through the first 90 days
- Design and deliver a cohort-based onboarding program that includes asynchronous learning and live virtual sessions
- Create and maintain engaging onboarding content and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in employee onboarding or related people operations roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling onboarding programs in high-growth technology companies
- High-quality instructional design skills for creating compelling learning experiences
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort with technology tools and platforms, particularly Notion, Slack, and Zoom
