Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Program Manager to design and execute a comprehensive onboarding experience for new employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design a global onboarding ecosystem aligned to business priorities and AI acceleration
- Engineer a seamless journey from offer acceptance through first-year integration
- Define KPIs tied to ramp time, engagement, internal mobility, retention, and manager effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Talent, Learning, HR Strategy, or Organizational Effectiveness
- 3-5+ years designing and leading enterprise-wide or global onboarding programs
- Demonstrated experience driving cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations
- Experience leveraging HR technology, automation, and/or AI in talent programs
- Certification or formal training in organizational design, learning design, or talent strategy is a plus
