Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to manage customer onboarding and project coordination for their Safety Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers with onboarding new and existing customers, managing conversions and installations
  • Conduct customer training sessions and maintain accurate project documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and enhance customer satisfaction


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Project Management or similar Customer Onboarding or Support experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong experience with G-Suite; familiarity with Monday.com and Salesforce.com is a plus
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones in the USA
  • Dedicated home office space and willingness to travel 0-15%
