Onboarding Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Onboarding to join their Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the client onboarding process from purchase to successful launch
• Establish strong relationships with clients and set clear expectations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience

Required Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing position in a technology environment
• Experience with email marketing, preferably in customer success or project management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects; PMP certification is a plus
• Understanding of email service providers and deliverability processes
• BA/BS degree is required
