Onboarding Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Project Manager to lead the implementation journey for new legal clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding from kickoff to support transition, including timelines and tasks
• Collaborate with Data Engineering for assessments and migrations, ensuring configuration accuracy
• Conduct discovery sessions, deliver training plans, and serve as the main point of contact for onboarding inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS onboarding or legal tech implementation
• Experience with GUIDEcx or similar project management platforms
• Familiarity with legal billing, trust accounting, and AR/AP workflows
• Proficiency in Excel, Confluence, Teams, and Sharefile
• Knowledge of LEDES/UTBMS billing formats and experience in data migration or legal operations
