Onboarding Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Project Manager to oversee the investor onboarding experience for investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the investor onboarding journey from account creation to successful investment across various opportunities and fund structures
• Redesign onboarding flows to enhance clarity, conversion, and investor trust while understanding current pain points
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to iteratively improve onboarding processes based on user feedback and defined success metrics

Required Qualifications

• Practical familiarity with US financial services, banking, and investment products
• 3-5+ years of product management experience in B2C or B2B2C digital products, preferably in fintech or capital markets
• Working knowledge of blockchain, crypto wallets, and the broader crypto/DeFi ecosystem
• Demonstrated ability to design user-friendly flows for complex processes with a focus on user experience
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and operations teams
