Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Act as primary technical account manager for Radar AI subscribers, ensuring successful onboarding and activation
Serve as liaison between clients and product teams, translating updates and collecting feedback
Collaborate with growth teams to identify expansion opportunities and track adoption metrics

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or similar roles
Deep understanding of real estate and seller pipeline strategy
Experience in managing high-volume subscription portfolios
Familiarity with SaaS environments and CRM platforms
Knowledge of Salesforce and FUB CRMs is a plus
