Job Summary

Leading complex onboarding projects for mid-market customers, the full-time Onboarding Project Manager will manage the entire onboarding lifecycle, ensuring successful transitions to Account Management while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle from sales handoff through go-live and adoption
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for timely implementations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding customers, facilitating clear communication and stakeholder alignment
Required qualifications
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish at a business-professional level
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in hotel operations or hotel management
  • At least 1 year of project management experience within a SaaS or customer-facing environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
