Job Summary
Leading complex onboarding projects for mid-market customers, the full-time Onboarding Project Manager will manage the entire onboarding lifecycle, ensuring successful transitions to Account Management while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle from sales handoff through go-live and adoption
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for timely implementations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding customers, facilitating clear communication and stakeholder alignment
Required qualifications
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish at a business-professional level
- Minimum 4 years of experience in hotel operations or hotel management
- At least 1 year of project management experience within a SaaS or customer-facing environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
