Onboarding Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the implementation of the onboarding system Enboarder, the full-time Onboarding Project Manager will oversee project management tasks, support software go-live, and enhance the new hire experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to implement and manage the onboarding system, ensuring effective communication and project alignment
• Act as the subject matter expert for Enboarder, providing guidance on system configuration and analyzing onboarding data to drive improvements
• Own the end-to-end onboarding process, including the development of SOPs and regular reviews of onboarding materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Strong project management skills with proven experience in system implementation and functionality refinement
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Detail-oriented and critical thinker with advanced organizational skills
• Ability to perform complex calculations and analyze multiple sources of information
