Onboarding Quality Control Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding QC Specialist to ensure the accuracy and quality of the Onboarding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular QC assessments for the Onboarding team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Contribute to QC reporting and maintain QC procedures and process documentation
• Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance performance across the Onboarding team

Required Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starter comfortable in a high-risk environment
• Experience working autonomously on both queue- and project-based work
• Emphasis on quality, accuracy, and detailed documentation
• Desire to improve processes within the Onboarding team and the greater Risk organization
• Curiosity about the US banking system, startups, and ecommerce companies
